The list of stretches I am about to post here are general stretches. Please consult your chiropractor to ensure it is suitable for you. Also, get your spine adjusted into proper alignment before attempting these stretches.

30 minutes worth of stretching. For best results, use heat packs on the muscles beforehand for about 20 minutes.
